I think T-Mobile has really screwed it up this time. The only reason for staying with them was their great pricing compared to AT&T and Verizon, and the awesome customer service. If I wasn't grandfathered into the older prices they had, there's no way I would go with T-Mobile now. At least with AT&T you can get the iPhone with no hassle (however, I'm sure AT&T customer service is still as crummy as ever). @Frank
